HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
STEP 1: WE WILL GO OVER WHAT YOU HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST AND BE VERY HONEST ABOUT WHY IT HASN'T WORKED FOR YOU.
STEP 2: WE WILL TAKE INITIAL MEASUREMENTS SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO COMPARE YOUR PROGRESS AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE PROGRAM
STEP 3: WE WILL GO OVER THE NUTRITION PROGRAM THAT WILL INCLUDE A FLEXIBLE EATING PLAN THAT IS NOT OVERLY RESTRICTIVE. YOU DO HAVE LOTS OF OPTIONS!
STEP 4: YOU WILL DO 3-4 WORKOUTS PER WEEK AND WE WILL TELL YOU WHAT CARDIO TO DO TO STAY ACTIVE ON THE DAYS YOU ARE NOT DOING WORKOUTS
STEP 5: WE WILL HAVE A LARGE FOCUS ON MIDSET AND MOTIVATION BECAUSE WITHOUT A POSITIVE MINDSET, YOU WILL NOT ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
STEP 6: YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY COACH WILL CONTACT YOU AT LEAST 2X PER WEEK TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE STAYING ON TRACK AND NOT FALLING INTO BAD HABITS
STEP 7: WE WILL DO WEEKLY WEIGH-INS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONSTANTLY SEEING PROGRESS AND TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS IF WE ARE NOT SEEING THE PROGRESS WE SHOULD
STEP 8: WE WILL TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENT AGAIN DURING THE PROCESS TO ENSURE YOUR NOT ONLY LOSING WEIGHT, BUT TO SHOW YOU THE NUMBER OF INCHES YOU HAVE LOST
STEP 9: WE WILL DO YOUR FINAL MEASUREMENT, COMPARE YOUR PROGRESS TO YOUR INITIAL MEASUREMENTS TO SE HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME AND SHOW YOU YOUR WEIGHT LOSS OF 15-20 LBS
STEP 10: YOU WILL PUT ON YOUR FAVORITE OUTFIT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN HIDING IN YOUR CLOSET THAT DID NOT FIT ANYMORE!!!
